Oh man is this post late. Over this past summer, our good friend Shawna asked if I could photograph her one year old daughter’s birthday party. Unfortunately they live in Wenatchee which is a couple of hours away from us and we couldn’t make it to the actual party. We ended up doing the next best thing and headed over for a day to visit and do a photo shoot.

Shawna works at a dance studio for children and she was able to grab a bunch of cool accessories for the shoot. The overall theme of the shoot was 1920’s. Not all the images were themed this way but with fur coats, old jewelry boxes and suitcases, the shots came out great.

We also made sure to get a nice pic that would go perfectly on her birthday party thank you cards.
