Katie tapped me again to shoot Kenzi’s fall photos a couple of months ago. However for this shoot,she wanted to include her friend’s two children as well, luckily for me, they were just as adorable as Kenzi.

We shot these in Katie’s wooded backyard. I friggin’ love the sunlight beaming through the trees back there. We laid out a blanket for the kids to sit on and we had many pumpkins and other random gourds.

We focused on getting some shots with all of them together, then we moved to getting some killer shots if each one individually, and then we just started shooting random and fun pictures. The last part is what led to one of my favorite image I shot for the whole year. You’ll see the image below but all I’ll say is beautiful light plus fun loving child plus leaves = picture gold 🙂
