Recently I was given the opportunity to help photograph this amazing couple’s wedding. It actually came down to 7 days before when I found out that I would be helping Eric Rust shoot Keyan and Emily’s wedding. After spending some time with both of them, they actually remind me quite a bit of my wife and I. And I know they will be as happy as we are in their marriage.
The day started with both of them getting ready at Meritage Meadows Bed and Breakfast in Redmond. This was interesting as they were NOT going to see each other before the wedding and that made for some tricky maneuvering of everyone to avoid them seeing each other.
From there the absolutely amazing, vintage Bentley car complete with chauffeur from British Motor Coach picked up Keyan and as we followed him to the venue, DeLille Winery in Woodinville. The venue was stunning and had that old rustic feeling to it. The ceremony actually took place on a small section of land that was separated from the guests by a small pond. So romantic! It was also a perfect time of the year as the flowers were all starting to bloom on the trees all over the property.
The wedding was a mid-day ceremony and you couldn’t have asked for better weather. Everything looked so amazing from their flowers by Anna’s Flowers, the food from A Grand Affaire Catering, to their amazing cake by Creme De La Creme.
The perfect wedding ended with that same old school Bentley taking the bride and groom down the tree-lined driveway with all their guest cheering and applauding the whole way.
